With Phased Array Ultrasonic (PAUT) method, 3-dimensional control of the inspection part is made and visual evaluation is provided. Complex parts such as metallic materials, welding, turbine parts, railway components, aircraft parts are inspected with high precision.
TOFD (Time Of Flight Diffraction) examination is performed by placing the transmitter and receiver probe on the part to be inspected. The reflections and movement of the sound in the material are observed. Error detection and sizing is done with high precision. With this method, errors are mapped.
