Inspection Service of Steel and Aluminum Constructions
Inspection of Steel Construction Structures is carried out by expert welding engineers. In this context, our technical personnel in the field examine the details about welding and manufacturing according to the approved technical drawings related to production. If there are nonconformities, it notifies the employer. Quality files related to production are examined in detail. Quality Control Plans (ITP) are prepared according to international standards. Packing and shipping controls are made.
The certificates of all raw materials brought to the factory and the conformity of the materials are checked, the quality control plans are created within the scope of the technical specifications created by the employer, the submission to the employer’s approval, the control of the material quality documents are carried out by our technical personnel who have mastered the EN 1090-1-2-3 standards.
The main topics of the controls made
Control of materials entering the production or field,
Whether the raw material (sheet metal, electrode, gas, etc.) is selected in accordance with the contract and standards; determining whether it is used
The parts are correct (especially in projects with many parts); Control during production whether it is produced in accordance with the technical drawing dimensions,
Visual inspection of welds
Follow-up of works according to production planning
Torque controls
Overseeing the tests
Checking with DFT (Dry Film Thickness) device whether the paint processes carried out to protect against corrosion are painted in accordance with standards and contracts,
Control of parts joined by screwing method according to EN ISO 4017 standard
Controlling whether the paint and packaged parts are shipped in accordance with the contract and customer requests.
Daily, weekly or monthly reporting

Wind Farms Inspections
Wind Farms surveillance can be divided into 2 main categories in terms of the customer profile it addresses.
Surveillance of Project Developers and Owners: Generally, wind farm project developers and owners are private organizations that will carry out the projects in the medium and long term. Therefore, the planning and construction phase of projects is very important for Project feasibility analysis. For this reason, the following services are important:
Planning and making wind measurements
Decisive Study / Meso mapping
Investigation of meteorological field conditions
Measuring Pole Supply and Installation
Statistical analysis of wind measurements
Evaluation of wind potential and energy efficiency
Wind Services for Project Financiers and Lenders (eg Banks): Most wind projects are developed through a financing mechanism regardless of the financing model. Projects always have some of the capital, but most generally more than half of the investment comes from Banks, Funds etc. It is funded by Credit Institutions such as Therefore, the Project feature under review plays a key role for financing partners of wind projects.
Impartial Evaluation of Due Diligence Reports
Detailed due diligence
Owner’s Engineer throughout the project implementation phase
Preparation of draw-down lists
Preparation of punch lists
Project Completion Report
Examining the permissions received

Solar Power Plants Inspections
Solar (Photovoltaic) plant inspections review the entire plant design to ensure functionality and reduce risks, by reviewing standards and contracts, based on extensive experience. Solar (Photovoltaic) plant surveillance can be grouped in 5 different phases:
Planning phase: This phase usually includes on-site inspections, shading analysis, energy yield estimation and evaluation, IRR analysis, loss analysis, and feasibility report evaluations before the investment begins.
Design phase: The design phase includes manufacturer and on-site PV module inspection, certification of PV modules through accredited laboratories, preliminary inspection and loading inspection for PV modules, supplier evaluations, environmental inspections, standards compliance inspection, and subcontractor evaluations.
Construction phase: Quality Assurance inspections and Quality Control inspections during construction and assembly play a key role in the Quality and Safety of PV projects. Production surveillance, compliance checks, fault detection in the early stages of construction, participation in Factory Acceptance Tests and field tests of critical components such as Inverters, Transformers should be performed.
Operation and Maintenance: It covers device fault detection and analysis, DC breakdown test, on-site inverter evaluation, Infrared camera controls, Operation and Maintenance evaluation process.
Monitoring: For Lenders and Financiers of PV plant projects, Technical Due Diligence and Project Monitoring services play a key role in assessing the feasibility of the Project. During the first report preparation period, energy efficiency assessments will be made by energy experts. Periodic monitoring reports and final closing reporting are also made by PV experts.

Hydraulic Plant Inspections
HPP inspections are generally more construction-oriented projects due to the nature of hydropower plants. Services can be classified in 3 stages:
Project initiation and design phase: Project management, project monitoring and project financing / budgeting, Due diligence, Procurement and implementation support, Feasibility studies and location studies, Site survey: Topography and cartography, geotechnical studies, protected areas interference analysis, archaeological sites examination .
Construction and Commissioning phase: Owner’s engineering services: Budget, schedule and quality control, geotechnical reports, Review and approval of design changes, Review of technical specifications and procurement planning. Approval and follow-up of the control points program in factory inspections, Daily supervision of construction works, follow-up of necessary machinery and personnel, Health, safety and environmental management (HSE), Supervision of contractors’ quality control plan
